I am a HUGE fan of Nadege and her catering crew. I've worked with them twice for food catering and four times for bartending -- each for 60+ person parties -- and each was a success. Their food is wonderful -- I'd particularly recommend the shrimp cocktail (great presentation) and the really yummy chicken satays with a fab sauce. In addition, they show up on time, they are professional, they circulate platters around so the guests are well taken care of, and they clean up brilliantly after the party.
